NIKKI WARNDORF

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS

Nikki is a Nashville area native with a heart for others. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts from Western Kentucky University, she headed to Louisville, Kentucky, to make it in the special events world. From an event coordinator with a local country club, a catering director with an upcoming catering company, a wedding coordinator on the weekends, and finally an event director with Louisville Business First, she had a variety of responsibilities, including social media, marketing, and client relations. After five years, she felt drawn to pursue a different passion: education. In 2016, Nikki made the difficult decision to leave the event industry and head home to the Nashville area to obtain her Master’s Degree in Education from Lipscomb University. From there, she went on to teach at private, public and charter schools in multiple grade levels throughout Metro Nashville Public Schools. She received the Teacher of the Year Award in 2020 for her outstanding service to her students and school. It was a hard choice to leave education in 2021, but she knows she will be able to use all of the skills she has acquired through event planning and teaching to help make the construction industry better for all involved. She has a sharp eye for design, a clever mind, and an unwavering commitment to putting others first.
